Magh Mela 2027 is expected from Friday 15 January to Saturday 6 March 2027. The Prayagraj Mela Authority has not yet published its list of bathing days. Planning has begun: the first preparation meeting was held on 27 August 2026.

  2. No Magh Mela trains yet, and the winter flight schedule is not out. We found no Indian Railways notice of special trains for Magh Mela 2027. AAI's schedule for Prayagraj Airport was the summer one, which runs until 24 October 2026 at the latest, with direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Bhubaneswar.   4. 50 electric shuttle buses planned for the mela. The roadways plan to run 50 electric buses as a shuttle in the mela area, linking the main railway stations, temporary bus stations, main parking sites and the Sangam bank, with more trips on the bathing days.   5. Bigger mela ground, more ghats and parking proposed. The mela administration plans to enlarge the mela area to 925 hectares and is preparing to allot plots to more than 5,000 institutions and others. Have the Magh Mela 2027 dates been announced?

Not as an official list. The six bathing days, from 15 January to 6 March 2027, come from the Hindu calendar and a Government of India tourism listing, so we mark them Expected.

When will the bathing dates be announced?

No date has been given. For the 2026 Magh Mela, the six bathing dates were published on 15 September 2025, about three and a half months before the first bath.
